The Duke E. Ellis Institute will offer a four-session attentive-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) for adolescents or adults from the ages of 17 and higher. The format will consist of four weekly groups that cover understand of the ADHD diagnosis, time management, social skills, and stress reduction.

Managing Your Text Anxiety

The Duke E. Ellis Institute will offer four sessions on managing your test anxiety. These sessions are for adults 18 years and older. Topics include understanding test anxiety, developing effective coping skills, test-taking strategies, study skills, and stress reduction techniques.
